Standard Return Policy
Items covered by Neural Systems’ Standard Return Policy, those products for which Neural Systems states "This item is covered by Neural Systems’ Standard Return Policy", can be returned for a refund or replacement. You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.
Product Lifespan: Using PC components and systems for cryptocurrency mining is known to significantly decrease the lifespan of the product due to overuse. This includes, but is not limited to: CPUs, video cards, solid-state and hard disk drives. In general, Neural Systems will not accept returns of products which have exceeded the product’s lifespan due to overuse.
Open Box Return Policy
For products labeled as “Open Box”, Neural Systems accepts all returns within the product’s eligible return period. This applies to all Open Box products sold and shipped by Neural Systems. Shop with confidence with Hassle-Free Returns.
Neural System Return Guidelines
These are Neural Systems Overall Return Guidelines. All returns must meet the overall guidelines for the individual return policy to apply.
- All product returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization ("RMA") number.

- You must request a return within 30 days of the delivery date, unless otherwise stated above.
All return must be shipped within 15 days of receiving RMA number
Products that are received by Neural Systems in any of the following conditions are not eligible for return and may be rejected:
- Any product that does not exhibit the described reason for the return (i.e., a return initiated for a DOA product that powers on and works properly upon inspection).
- Any product with a missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number label, missing UPC Code, manufacturer model or part number label, and/or warranty label.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
- Any Product missing original components, such as memory, hard drives, processor, graphics cards.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage. If you received your product damaged, please contact our Orders department and instructions on how to resolve this issue. This would not be considered a return.
- Any product which appears tampered with, customized or altered in any way.
- Software that has been opened and Software licenses that are activated.
Restocking Fees
Neural Systems may charge a restocking fee, based on a case-to-case basis.
Return Shipping Labels
Neural Systems does not charge for return shipping labels for products up to 50lbs. You may request a courtesy prepaid return label during the return creation process.
For products that are eligible for return for replacement, the return shipping labels are free for returns for replacement of the same item within the applicable return policy period. For returns of unopened items that were originally shipped via large item shipments, customers are responsible for any such return shipping costs.
In the event a product is returned that is (a) not defective, or (b) not the same product originally purchased from the website, then the product will be shipped back to the customer. If a refund to the customer has been processed, then Neural Systems reserves the right to deduct from the refund amount the cost of the return shipping from the customer to Neural Systems
Bundle Purchases
Bundles are offered to purchase multiple items together at a discounted price. If you wish to return a Bundle for a refund, you must request a return within the applicable Neural Systems Return Policy period and you must return the ENTIRE BUNDLE. Items sold as part of a Bundle may be returned individually for replacement if you request a replacement within the applicable Neural Systems Return Policy period for that individual item.
Combo and Kits Purchases
Combos and Kits include two or more items that must be purchased together in order to receive a discount. Items sold as part of a Combo or Kit may be returned individually for replacement within the applicable Neural Systems Return Policy Period for that individual item.
If an individual Combo or Kit item is returned for a refund, the applicable discount will be voided, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the amount of the refund. If your Combo/Kit discount amount is greater than the individual unit price of the item you wish to return, then the item cannot be returned for a refund by itself; you will need to return all items in the Combo/Kit or return it with other items of value in order to receive a refund. For example, if your Combo/Kit discount was $5, and you return one of the items for a refund, the $5 will be deducted from your refund amount. Some combos are restricted from returning individual products for a refund and must be returned in their entirety. Please see combo product page for more specific information.
Manufacturer Promotional Items and Neural System Gifts
Manufacturers may offer free promotional items with their products. To receive a full refund on a purchase that includes promotional items, all items must be returned. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total. Neural Systems may also offer gifts to valued customers for their continued support as well as for special giveaways. These gifts are not part of any purchase value and therefore do not have to be returned.
Pre-paid Card, Gift Packaging and Memberships
Purchases for prepaid cards, gift packaging and memberships are not eligible for return.
Special Order Products
Special order products are not eligible for return.
Quantity Purchases
While Neural Systems is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies.
